Meet Steggy the Stegosaurus! 🦕
Look at this happy fella! Steggy is a Stegosaurus, a dinosaur that lived millions of years ago. He’s famous for the big plates on his back and the spikes on his tail. But Steggy is extra special because he’s found the most amazing flower! 🌸 Imagine finding a flower so big it’s almost as big as you are! Stegosaurs like Steggy were herbivores, which means they loved to eat plants. 🌿 They probably munched on ferns and low-growing bushes. We bet this giant flower is a delicious treat for Steggy! Did you know that scientists aren’t exactly sure what the plates on a Stegosaurus’s back were for? Some think they helped keep the dinosaur cool, like built-in fans! Steggy’s tail also had spikes, called ‘thagomizers’. Ouch! These were probably used to defend himself from predators, like the sneaky Tyrannosaurus Rex!
